Milwaukee's East Side
(Kenilworth is just off North Ave. right by Cush, Eastsider, Sils, etc.... Yield is just down the road from Cans)
The "About Me" Section Reads:
Quote:
Yield, the east side's hidden culinary gem, offers contemporary American cusine in a casual bar atmosphere. Affordable beverages and a laid-back bar ambience combine with very un-barlike food at this east side hideaway.
Nick Burki, executive chef at Yield, has cooked at a number of notable spots, including The Social, Sanford, Pieces of Eight, the Milwaukee Art Museum and Coquette Café.
Some dishes of note are Asian tuna tartare, New Zealand lamb chops, asparagus and Portobello mushroom risotto, Prince Edward Island mussels in Harp lager cream sauce, and sweet corn griddle cakes with grilled shrimp and cayenne kissed maple syrup.
Yield blends a vast selection of music with a sophisticated menu in a lively environment. We'd be honored if you would stop in and enjoy how Yield is merging sound and taste.
