This is STILL a bar where everyone will know your name if they are able to scream over the shrilling music that's played by a reggae, rock n roll, or blues band every Thursday, Friday, or Saturday night. The music is tight and the sizzling staff know how to make a stiff drink and keep you entertained. This place is always one big party and with the right mind-set, you'll leave the bar loaded after having the most exhilarating, mind explosive, make you wanna dance like Napoleon Dynamite drink. When you wake up the next morning, you could be saying the exact same thing as our favorite red headed lush..."I would like to award the Up and Under with the bartender of the YEAR award.
