Monday am Review
After using every excuse possible for NOT exercising, I hope I am back into the exercise mode. I like listening to music while I exercise so hopefully from now on I will be reviewing the music I listen to while exercising. Sometimes I will be listening to a repeat CD so these reviews will be sporadic.
My forms of exercise are treadmill and a stationary cycle,(the story of my life, I never get anywhere!) both used for cardiac workout.
first up
Buckwheat Zydeco
Waitin' For My Ya Ya
If there is a party Genre' in music, I would call it Zydeco, expecially this CD.
Give it a spin, it's amazing blend of music is outstanding.
Here are the tracks, and it starts out like rushhour on the expressway. Great musicians, smoothe vocals make this a must own CD for anyone who likes pure music. Every track is great and while this was released in 1985 the music is still fresh and refreshing. This CD is made for exercising, GIVE IT A SPIN TODAY.
